1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using VIP SIM Wale (https://www.vipsimwale.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable telecom laws and regulations governed by TRAI and the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), India.
2. Mobile Number Portability (MNP) & Ownership
All VIP mobile numbers provided by VIP SIM Wale are 100% genuine and eligible for porting (MNP) across all major telecom providers (Jio, Airtel, Vi, BSNL) in India:
- Upon successful booking, an official Unique Porting Code (UPC) is generated and shared with the buyer.
- The buyer must complete biometric/digital KYC at the nearest telecom store or via eSIM portal within the validity window of the UPC.
- Ownership is transferred directly to the buyer's government identity proof.
3. Pricing & Payment Policies
All prices listed on the VIP SIM Wale website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to availability and market demand. Number reservations are confirmed once payment or booking deposit is verified.
